I wish dell would have some information, it is their product i am sure they know whats going on and all the failed installation on their machines. Dell needs to be upfront and come out with some information, i know it is a windows program we are trying to install and it is not their product, but the problem is actually their machine that will not install it.

This is silly, not being able to install win I totally hear you. That upgrade to win10 is turning into a nightmare. Sometimes it feels like I need a Ph. But even after attempting the upgrade from a clean factory reset with full updates and no additional 3rd party software so as to reduce risk of interference and conflicts , it still doesn’t work.
